Return Policy
You may return a product within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
Used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.
Please include your order invoice or proof of purchase when returning an item.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or card payment).
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
